We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Product Engineer to join our team and help us build the most flexible and easy to use number crunching tool.
Job Description:
As a Senior Fullstack Product Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing features by writing high quality, well-tested code, fixing bugs, and implementing processes that enable other engineers to be as effective as possible. You will be expected to implement smaller fixes/features by writing well-tested and maintainable code during your first month. By the end of your first quarter, you will be expected to implement more elaborate changes and take ownership of significant parts of the code base. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing one candidate for our engineering hiring pipeline every month.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent software engineer who is detail-oriented and fast-learning. The candidate should also have good communication skills to collaborate with other engineers, designers, and customer success. The candidate should have product sense and care about customer/UX. While a Computer Science degree is a nice to have, it is not necessary. It is a huge plus if the candidate has prior experience working with Aggrid (our table library).
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience (excluding contracting)
- 5+ years React/Typescript experience
- Worked on complex tools or worked at a Series A-C startup on a chart or data visualization tool
- Excellent software engineer who writes scalable, well-tested, maintainable code
- Detail-oriented and fast learning, especially for junior engineers
- Collaborative with good communication skills
