ML Fullstack Engineer

We are an early-stage startup seeking a talented ML Fullstack Engineer to join our team in downtown San Francisco. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product and contributing to our team and culture. We are currently working fully in-person and believe in the importance of collaboration and synergy within our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ML-powered applications or systems
- Work on all aspects of the stack, including front-end and back-end development
- Utilize technologies such as MongoDB, React/Next.js/Vercel, Python, Go, GCP, Redis, RedPanda, Celery
- Familiarize yourself with our tech stack and contribute to its improvement and optimization
- Stay informed about advancements in machine learning and implement relevant techniques and methodologies
- Contribute to open-source or personal projects related to machine learning
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Optimize performance and ensure the functionality and reliability of the system
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-7 years of relevant professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer
- Strong familiarity with technologies such as MongoDB, React/Next.js/Vercel, Python, Go, GCP, Redis, RedPanda, Celery (or ability to easily pick it up)
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques
- Demonstrated passion for and up-to-date knowledge of the machine learning field
- Experience working on open-source or personal projects related to machine learning
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in downtown San Francisco
Salary:
The salary for this position is in the range of $120,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
