Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Designer with a strong passion for user-centered design to join our team. As a Principal Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing the user experience strategy and design, talking to users, and taking ownership of the little details that take a product from good to great. This is a hands-on role, and we're looking for someone who loves their craft.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop user experience strategy and design for products and features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all products and features


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years (excluding internships/contract work) hands-on UI/UX or product at a startup
  • Must be very familiar with dev tools
  • High-energy, extremely ambitious, creative, and has good attention to detail
  • Principal Product Designer with the ambition to go far beyond "good enough"
